Animal science is usually pretty high on a child’s list of future possible careers. Here’s a list of veterinary science courses to help stoke that interest.

(There are separate levels for each grade up to adults)
- In the Hands of a Child: Veterinary Science and Animal Care: The Veterinary Science and Animal Care Curriculum from In the Hands of a Child contains an 11-day Planning Guide, Related Reading List, 19 Hands-On Activities, 16-page Research Guide, and Answer Key about animal breeds, animal roles, animal life cycles, classification of animals, body systems, behavior, nutrition, pet safety, veterinary careers, examining animals, and more. (5th-12th grade)
