Classical Learner is designed for homeschool families and operates under parental enrollment, direction, and supervision.
All student information is provided voluntarily by a parent or legal guardian during registration or account management. Classical Learner does not collect personal information directly from children.
Information such as a student’s name, date of birth, grade level, or learning progress may be used solely to:
Create and manage student profiles under the parent account
Place students in age-appropriate classes or learning paths
Track participation or educational progress within our Services
Provide parents with requested educational tools or insights
This information is processed only at the direction of the parent/guardian and for the limited purpose of delivering the Services requested by the family.
By submitting student information, the parent or legal guardian expressly consents to the collection and use of that information for these purposes. Parents retain full authority over the student’s data and may request modification or deletion at any time, subject to reasonable administrative requirements.
Students do not create independent accounts with Classical Learner. All student access is provisioned through and controlled by the parent or guardian’s account.
Parents remain responsible for supervising student participation and disclosures.
We may share information only as necessary to operate our Services, including with:
Secure payment processors
Email and communication platforms
Learning management or class delivery platforms
Website hosting and technical providers
Shipping providers for physical product fulfillment (if applicable)
These service providers receive only the information required to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for unrelated purposes.
